We cannot connect to the realm any of the members, it was attempted on different platforms and in three different locations with independent Internet connections. An attempt was made to restore a backup and also failed.

I have the same issue right now. Me, my family, and friends were unable to connect to the world. I tried replacing the world and it said it replaced it, but again, said unable to connect to the world. I tried taking down the Realm and starting a new Realm, but it wouldn't let me and said errors occurred. My backup works fine on LAN and through Xbox joining, but when I tried making it into a different or replacing Realms, it said I had to buy Realms or errors occurred. (I still have 25 days on my subscription till my next payment).
