I am owner and I can not get on my realms world. It tells me unable to connect to world. I've tried restarting my phone I've tried looking at settings I've tried everything. I was going to buy it. But if I lost all my work ... It was a lot. Please help

According to https://downdetector.com/status/minecraft/ there was a general outage on 8 July from 0300 to about 0500 UTC.

If there is no general outage, please first try to verify that the problem is not with your local connection or network settings. Visit Minecraft Community Support for assistance.
You might also try to deactivate any VPN in use, and check your firewall settings. If your device supports mobile data, try switching to wifi. If possible, try using a different wifi network.
If you are still unable to access a paid service such as a realm or purchased content please contact Mojang Support.

According to the official Mojang Twitter Status https://twitter.com/MojangStatus there was a general Realms outage on 6 July, which has reportedly been resolved.
