[MCPE-90006] Converted Zombie Villagers cannot mount minecarts

Whenever I attempt to convert villagers to zombie villagers, the newly created zombie villager will not mount minecarts. Villagers from spawn eggs that are converted can mount them perfectly fine, but bred one's cannot.
