As seen in the video linked to this issue, the tree often replaces Redstone related blocks, such as pistons and Redstone dust. It will become worse if spammed fast enough to grow outside of the warped nylium block.
This to me doesn't seem like intended behaviour because it grows outside of the warped nylium block.

I also attached an export of the world so that this can be repeated with ease.
