I crafted a single netherite bar, my game then crashed, and when I opened the game again, and entered my world, I had all my.items but my netherite bar was gone, and I only had 1 netherite scrap. I checked the area i mined to se if the ancient debris were there, but they were not

I've had an issue where the game crashes and my items are duplicated. (I took a shulker box full of items from my ender chest, game crashes, now I have two identical shulker boxes, one in my ender chest, one in my inventory)
