[MCPE-90794] Custom Blocks not appearing in 1.16, 1.16.1

Once Again Custom Blocks are not appearing in All addons in 1.16, 1.16.1, or 1.16.2 Yet I don’t know how to turn on and off Register_To_Creative, If you are able to fix it by 1.16.2 please do, It’s greatly appreciated,
