Impossible to /clear suspicious stew

The bug

Suspicious stew is completely inaccessible to commands.

How to reproduce

1. Spawn a mooshroom

2. Spawn lightning
3. Feed the brown mooshroom a flower
4. Use a bowl on it
5. /clear @s suspicious_stew
→ ❌ It doesn't clear the stew, and no other option exists
