I purchased City Life 2 today from inside Minecraft on my iPad, for my child. We are unable to use it as it crashes as soon as it loads into the world. I have looked up troubleshooting on various websites but there are no fixes available. I have deleted and reinstalled the app to no avail. I have been reading many people are having trouble with the download of this addition. I would like my money back please.

This issue has been going on for a while and you have said in previous bug reports that it is being monitored. May I ask what we are to expect as a time frame for the fix? Is there any advice as to how to fix it? I feel frustrated that you “resolve the ticket” and I still cannot use the program. I look back in forums and realize this has been going on for some time and I don’t know what the fix is.
