[MCPE-91054] Observer not detecting Respawn-Anchor & Dispenser

but the Observer-Block not detecting the Respawn-Anchor Block and the Dispenser in Bedrock Edition 😞👎

I can confirm this is still an issue in Bedrock on 1.19. The observer does not detect state changes in the respawn anchor block.
