[MCPE-91113] Vindicators don't sprint after the player

Vindicators are not sprinting at the player like they are supposed to, they just walk slowly.

The vindicators were on carpets when chasing

We're tracking this issue at MCPE-84356, so I will resolve and link this ticket as a duplicate.
