Good morning, my name is Julio Cesar and I am from Colombia. My problem is that on July 10 I bought 1720 minecoins to pay a realm plus of 10 players, the problem comes when I try to replace the world it tells me that the level export was successful but the problem comes in the installation that appears to me I have tried a message saying "an error has occurred" on the nintendo switch and on the iphone, on both platforms it tells me that there has been an error.
