Since 1.16.1 the spawn rate of ghasts are through the roof, no matter how many I kill a new one spawns within seconds. It's almost impossible to go anywhere in the nether unless I'm on creative.

Does it only occur in a specific biome? As far as I know, high ghast spawn rates in the SoulSand Valleys is intentional.
