Ok, so I go fishing and instead of fish, I catch leather and a fishing rod. How wired! See the picture, and please fix. Also add potions and brewing! I'm in 0.11.1 by the way, it says it doesn't exist

Works As Intended. These are rare items that can be caught through fishing in addition to fish, as 'junk' or 'treasure'.
I recommend checking the Minecraft Wiki prior to reporting an issue on the bugtracker, as what seems to be a bug to you may actually be intended.
