I got killed by a mob and this happened in this screenshot , my items are everywhere , this only happens if you get killed by mobs as far as i know

Are you serious?! Did you even read my report or you just assume , try dying by a high place and try getting killed by a mob and see the difference yourself , i lost my items alot because of this bug that wasn't occuring till this final update
