So I’ve been trying to help my friend log in to his ps4. At first it didn’t work and wouldn’t let us try again, saying “something went wrong.” We looked up solutions and found two that both said you had to delete two things in the system data labelled “saved data.” We tried that and it let us login again. However, even though everything worked normally, it still continued to fail to login, although we could try again this time. We tried twice and it didn’t work.
