Game has delayed response from controllers on Nintendo switch

The past two days while playing Minecraft there is frequently a delay on response from controllers to the game. I’ve switched out controllers and reset the game all multiple times. This delay doesn’t occur in any of my other games so I know it’s not my controllers.Β
