Health bar filled the screen after switching to survival

Cannot Reproduce

Switched to survival mode from creative, then I saw so many heart bars filling up my screen, even I tried leaving the game and return.

Do you have any mods which allow effect commands?

It is often caused by mods, TMI, or even hacks.

Cleaning up all the old issues - please reply if this affects 0.12
