as i download the latest drives and the rtx texture maps.
i create the world. and once i am in the game. the game's textures goes black (even steve's hand) i have been dying to play this version. can somebody help Please!

According to MCPE-69401 this is caused by outdated graphics drivers.
When you say you downloaded the latest drivers, were they direct from the nVidia website? Everyone who has reported this issue have mentioned it was resolved with an update, check the comments in the linked ticket for more information.
