Whenever overlays are triggered such as when volume is changed or when the mouse touches the top or bottom of the screen, the screen will go black, and then it will go black again. This used to only happen when HDR was enabled in Windows Settings. But after the update it's happening even if HDR is not on. This is an issue that's also seen in No Man's Sky, Battlefield 5, and WoW (When Dx12 is used).
I have an RTX 2060, and I always use latest drivers and Windows updates. I've observed this issue for going on a year. Ever since I got a display that supports HDR - I've never been able to use HDR because MC & NMS freak out all the time.
