Unable to connect to world

I'm trying to play with my friends on PS4 (everyone else is playing on PS4 also), they can play with each other but I'm the only one that can't connect to the world of them, neither they can join my world. I've tried absolutely everything; deleting app data, uninstalling the game and reinstall it, turn off cross platform gameplay, delete log history, re log in my Microsoft account, etc. I've searched everywhere for solutions and nothing works, and I'm pretty angry/desperate.hope I can get a solution here...
