Since the most recent update (2.10) the loading screen is very long and my profile will not load

I am experiencing a similar issue, where my skin on my profile doesn't load.

Me and my boyfriend have the same issue except he's on Xbox and I'm on Android.

Is this still an issue in the latest version? If so, can you add it to the affected versions?
