I got the update today, and I want around my world looking for milk, so I can make some cake, little do I know that now the cows/NPCs are not spawning in my world, I tired this on different worlds and it's still the same, no cows.

The cow spawn rate right now, is only 2-3 cows per meter, it's should be more.
