Hello, I play on PS4 and I am unable to enter the game, my screen is locked on the red screen written "Mojang Studios". This bug started at the beginning of version 1.16, when my friend was unable to enter the game, but I was able to, then there was an update where this bug should be corrected, but instead of correcting and my friend being able to enter the game, we both cannot enter. I am waiting for an answer, Thank you.
