Me and my boyfriend are trying to finish a castle in Minecraft Bedrock edition. He is on his gaming pc, and I am on my PlayStation 4. I am connected to my server and he is always getting stuck on the "Loading server" screen. On my server I see his avatar pop up but never move. Then it will not say he joined. I always get a pop up in the text bar that he left. He waited over 2 and 1/2 hours for this to load. No luck. This has been happening for a few days now. We have tried everything. I restarted my game and he had uninstalled and then reinstalled the game. Our WiFi networks are working and considered that the issue to no avail.
