Every time I try to create a new world, join a friend's world, or join a server, I get stuck on a loading screen.

I do not get stuck on the regular loading screen that tells you "generating world" or "locating server". It's a different one-- I will attach a photo of it. I've been having this problem ever since I updated to the Nether Update on my Minecraft Pocket Edition. The screen never stops loading. I had my phone on and it just kept loading for 30 minutes straight before I gave up. Even after two more updates that supposedly got rid of bugs, I still cannot join worlds to play Minecraft on version 1.16.10.
