[MCPE-92841] Ocean explorer map/woodland mansion explorer map shows location of player in the middle of the map, rather than at the border of the map.

When using an ocean explorer map, the location of the player does not move north or south, it only moves east and west. The location of the player is also, for some reason, found in the middle of the map. Video attached to report
