[MCPE-93172] Baby drowned don't drop anything

The bug

When killed, baby drowned mobs don't drop rotten flesh.

How to reproduce

1. Spawn drowneds until a baby appears

2. Kill it
→ ❌ No drops (except equipment potentially)

Cause

loot component is in the adult component group instead of the base components list

Can confirm. Baby drowned never drop anything whereas i go on java, It drops rotten flesh often.

A command can be used to summon a baby drowned, that command is: /summon drowned ~ ~ ~ minecraft:entity_born or /summon drowned ~ ~ ~ minecraft:as_baby, that way you don't have to spawn a bunch of drowned.
