Losing Minecraft worlds due to dropping out while sleeping in a bed

Twice I have lost great Minecraft worlds that I grinded for hours on because of lagging out.
So today I went on an adventure in my Minecraft found a desert village and the lot and it was night so I told my friends in the world to sleep as I did to and while I was sleeping I dropped out of the game. Then when I tried to go back into the world I spawned in, in the desert village bed and i resisted to touch anything and then it dropped me out every single time I did that so I tried to leave bed this time and from a split second I saw the tips and stuff you see when loading into a world ontop of the place where I pick my worlds to play in and then dropped out again. And I kept percisting to get my world and this time I tried to open chat but then it showed me what happened with the leave bed option except there was the chat ontop this time. This is a very annoying bug, glitch or whatever it is because I lost the best house I ever built it'd be great if you get it fixed because I love this game keep it up thanks! (No screenshots sorry it wouldn't help anyway not that I have a problem putting a screenshot if you need)
