So when i load Minecraft on PS4, it stucks at Mojang Studios sometimes. Sometimes in the starting loading screen. I restarted my PS4, but it's the same issue. Can you please fix it?

My daughter's game began to freeze on the red screen on 7/20/20. I have rebooted, tried some safe mode fixes and still just the red screen. Our version of Minecraft is 2.10. What else can we try or is there a fix for this yet?
