Wither Skelleton Spawn eggs bug

I dont think this is a bug, to get them: Go to the nether and spawn some regular bone archers

Works As Intended. Wither skeletons are a variant of the skeleton, and thus are spawned with a skeleton spawn egg.
I recommend checking the Minecraft Wiki prior to reporting an issue on this bugtracker, as what seems to be a bug to you may actually be intended.
