Every time I try to unlock an achievement only cosmetic (ex: Lumberjack shirt, Bullseye top, Vex wings and etc) It doesn't allow me to redeem it. For example, when I tried to get the lumberjack shirt, which you earn by getting wood (an achievement). It doesn't count towards it. Is it because I already have the achievement or is it a bug? I can't tell. I'm not the only one experiencing this as well. All of playstation is. I just want this resolved as quickly as possible so I can unlock these rewards.

Yeah, too bad. A lot of people won't be willing to spend money on skins and clothes if they think it's going to glitch and not show it. I've got 100% trophies on ps4 as well, and can't access any of them. Not spending my money until they resolve it, mainly because I've had glitchy downloads before that I spent money on and wasn't able to use (like official Minecraft texture packs that crash the game... And still do to this day). Customer service is nice enough, but they're swamped with more important things, like people who can't get into the game for whatever reason. I'm okay with it being glitched for a while to work on stability, just please fix it as soon as you can 🙏
PS, I didn't mean this to come across as mean spirited, I just know that when you mention money, corporations usually take more notice 😅 I love this game and would never leave for any reason, just holding off on purchasing until I can trust the system.
