[MCPE-93926] The facing function of TP command does not work properly

The facing function of command TP is normal for Y axis (horizontal rotation angle), and can face normally.
But for RX axis (vertical rotation angle), there are problems. It can only face ± 45 ° at most.
The given figure only shows the situation above facing, and the bottom cannot face normally.
