Parity: Chains cannot be placed sideways like logs

This bug ticket is a parity issue, since Java 1.16.2 pre1 has already this feature.

Step to Reproduce:
1. Get some chains
2. Place them horizontally
--> ❌ They cannot be placed sideways like logs, instead it's in vertical.

This is a bug for both Bedrock AND Java edition, and needs to be fixed on both.

@@unknown That was added in 1.16.100.54. So it is coming.

Yes please fix i want to make cool project using sideways chains but i cannot.

@unknown This has already been fixed in beta 1.16.100.54. Just wait untily the update releases and you will be able to place them sideways.
