Addons keep resetting themselves from the world after downloading from realms

Everyday I switch between two worlds on my realm. One of them has a Floating Text Addon from JEBR. Every time I download that world from the realms it resets the resource and behavior packs (I tested with shaders and just texture packs and the same happended). All the floating texts that I had on that world are gone because the addon is not applied on the world after the download. This shouldn't happen, it should keep all the resource and behavior packs from when it was on the Realm.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set up a world on Realms with at least one addon or texture pack on
2. Download the world from the realm to the device you're using
3. The addon/texture pack should not be on the world anymore

Observed Results:
The world didn't have the addon anymore, losing all of its data on the world

Expected Results:
The world should keep the addons/texture packs that were on when the world was on the Realms server.
