so I saw on a different report this same thing but it was already resolved and it was I believe with an android. I play on a win 10 pc and I haven't made a bubble elevator since 1.14.6 hotfix and I just made one today, basically, I have the tube with water from the top and soul sand at the bottom but no bubbles
