[MCPE-94270] Waves of raid spawn in weird places

I've had it where I had a hard time finding raid illagers because they were in a cave or lake underground. This is a raid, not hide and seek

Yeah but what happens is the purple bar fills up, then the horn sounds, but then I hear the illagers makeing noises and I usually have to dig a little and I will literly find like2 evokes and witches, a few vindercators and pillagers, and ravengers all having an underground pool party
