Mobs that are supposed to be in the Nether are rare to find(Except for Pigmen)

You need to be in a nether fortrace to see wither skeletons and blazes. They don't spawn on nether rack itself like zombie pigman.

As stated in other bugs, the blaze spawners in the fortresses dont Work. I Havent seen any Monster in the Fortress

Still an issue! Very rare mob spawns in nether forts, and still finding some empty blaze spawners. (also no fortress treasure chests)

I am also still having this issue on Windows 10 edition. Pigmen spawn; however, no other mobs do, even in the nether fortress. I also found a blaze spawner, that is inactive. Also, I am not on peaceful.
