When a Book or Book & Quill is placed on a Lectern in the Nether or End, the book goes dark. I believe that this is an entity lighting issue.
Steps to Reproduce:
Place a book/book & quill on a lectern in the Nether or End.
Observed Results:
The book renders darker than expected.
Expected Results:
The book should render brighter.
