My daughter has Minecraft on her switch. For the last few days it has gone really slow when she uses the remote on the right, when she try's to turn right/left or up/down it is far to slow. She is not even moving. Im not very good at this and have tried normal options. Any help at all would be welcome.

This has been happening to a friend of mine as well.
This may occur if:
The sensitivity of the game is too low
The Joy-Con or Pro Controller control sticks may not be responding correctly
To change game sensitivity:
Open Minecraft
Go to Settings > Controller
Adjust the 'Sensitivity' option until it fits your style of gameplay
If there is a fault with the Joy-Con/Pro Controller:
I, unfortunately, am not an owner of a Nintendo Switch, but you may want to try and visit https://en-americas-support.nintendo.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/22517/~/repairing-your-nintendo-switch-system to search for solutions.
Hope this helps 🙂

Increase your sensitivity in the settings if you're turning your head too slow. If that doesn't work, then your controller might be broken and you might have to call someone to fix it or get a new one but I don't think you'll have to do that. Also I don't think this is a bug and maybe you messed up the settings in minecraft and you may have to fix them.
