I cannot join to the worlds of my friends

I cannot join in the worlds of my friends. I have tried all things that I have been capable to check or follow according to the similar problems of the other users to solve it, but it's impossible.

It is happening from a month ago approximately

Please could you help me? I want to play with my friends as usual.
