Some blocks that changed name didn't change on commands

Some blocks like terracotta had their names changed as updates passed by but their names on commands stayed unchanged. For example terracotta is still clay on /setblock or /fill commands.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Use the /fill or /setblock command
2. Try filling with or setting a stained terracotta block or any other block that its name was changed on any update
3. The block won't display on the command suggestions
4. If you try typing stained hardened clay (old name) it will show up on the command suggestions

Observed Results:
The names of the blocks that were changed on recent and not that recent updates were changed on the inventory sideΒ  but weren't changed on the commands side.

Expected Results:
The names of the blocks should also be changed on the commands to have parity between all aspects of the game.
