Villager work station and despawn bug MCPE

Hello I noticed some bugs and did some searching but I could not find anything besides an article telling me bedrock can have some bugs. There are 2 issues, first the villagers that I never trade with has a work station that I manually place so I know that they are not locked into that job. After awhile when I go to remove it the villager does not lose the job or trades and can no longer work in that station even though he still has the same job, I can place it and another villager will take it no problem but the other one does not become unemployed he is stuck like that forever even when there are no similar workstations nearby. Second bug I noticed is if I move villagers to a location that is enclosed, lightning proof, with lights everywhere and no mobs or any way for mobs to access them they tend to despawn after some time. I had them in that location for a long time with no issue and this is the second time I have noticed this bug on 2 different relms.
