Flying animation of Eye of Ender is very choppy/laggy

This has been an issue since the update in which the Eye of Ender was added. The animation is very laggy and choppy compared to the animation on Java Edition. This affects all platforms.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a world in Creative mode.

2.  Get an Eye of Ender.

3.  Throw it.

4. Observe.

Expected result: The animation would play smoothly with no issues.
Observed result: The animation is very choppy.
