I have buy Minecraft for my son's PS4 from your website but I'm not sure about version , but after he play some days , the screen has been locked on startup of game , I removed the game and install again this game from your web site ! but this problem happen again and it's not good . because every time we have to download about 3GB and it hae cost for us also he lost the save game too !!! .
What should we do ?
I really disappointed for this , If this problem doesn't solve , how can I give my money back ? and give the licence back ?
