[MCPE-95282] looting system problem

hello dear mojang and team i noticed one bug for looting system when i create a dimond pickaxe i didnt receive it and when i choping 2 wood block one of then drop a bit far and again didnt receive another wood block pls fix it thanks

i mean just waste material i was spend create a dimond pickaxe but after i accept to create i didnt get anything and material gone
