[MCPE-9555] the rain and snow cross the blocks

Device: Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (GT-P3113)

Rain and snow can fall though the roof of houses and caves. When it snows, snow also slabs generate on the ground under glass block roofs that are 1 block thick.

Confirmed bug in 0.12.1 build 8. Just build a house when its raining and noticeable drops of rain will fall threw a roof that is 1 block thick. The rain usually falls threw a roof near sides of the house.

12.1 alpha with iPad Air and iOS 8.4.1. My son has similar setup and my buddy has iPad mini. All devices show rain in houses, under ledges, even in deep caves. My mother has iPad 4 and rain works correctly even after upgrading to iOS 9. All iPads started with version 11.x, (whichever version was in the Apple Store) and then upgraded to 12.1 through the store.

Same issue on v0.12.1 alpha on my iPad Air and iPhone 5s but it doesn't happen on my daughter's iPad mini or on her iPod touch 5. It's very annoying, especially with snow!

MCPE version 0.12.2 alpha - iOS 8.3 & 9.1 version iPhone 5 & 6 respectively, both show rain falling through blocks on existing maps. Have not tested on a new map yet

I can report that this issue persists under the most recent (0.13) Minecraft update. I am playing on an iPad Air system 9.1 and rain particles continue to pass through all solid blocks.

A fix for this issue will be implemented in the future release. I am afraid that we do not have a date for this update at the moment. Please, do not report this issue for 0.13.0 anymore.

My iPad Air just installed the latest v0.13.1 alpha for Minecraft PE and rain particles continue to pass through solid blocks. I am unable to check if this was one of the many "bug fixes" mentioned in the update notes, as I am unable to locate a change log posted yet for this new version. Thought I would mention it just in case.

I also have 0.13.1 on iPad and noticed more particle penetration issues. I have been mining caverns and seen water, lava, and slime particles dripping through solid rocks that turn out to be at least 6 blocks thick by the time I have dug through to find the source. On console dripping only happens for porous blocks 1 layer thick.

On Xbox one it seems that the white concrete blocks that were added rain goes through them. The update that screwed up my white concrete blocks was like an update a month ago and there hasn’t been a new one since so I’m stuck with all my city worlds ruined that took months to build by a stupid bug that wasn’t even here before the update 1 month ago

It’s back on 1.17.10 while the Caves and Cliffs experimental feature is activated. I’m experiencing this in Pocket Edition and I saw under a solid ceiling in my mines. I’m currently playing on an IPad 5’th Generation running IPadOS 14 if that’s of any help.
