[MCPE-12240] Snowing/Raining Indoors!

In 0.13.0, it has been raining/snowing inside houses with rooves! It is really cool until it snows and snow gets in your house.

Thank you for your report! This issue was, however, reported at an earlier time as MCPE-9555, which is fixed in a future release.

If you did not do so this time, please perform a search to see if your bug has already been submitted prior to creating new tickets in the future.

Confirmed in Minecraft Windows 10 Bedrock Realms Version 1.14.60 as of 06/13/2020. Posted a screenshot as proof.
