I've had an issue playing minecraft on my nintendo switch since yesterday's update (1.16.2) which causes my game to randomly freeze and therefore crash.

Yes, describes things well. I can't see a pattern for this freeze/crash either. Would rather have a rollback update until this is fixed, it's unplayable for more than 10-15 minutes for me.
