The following bugs began to occur only after I had updated Minecraft on my Nintendo Switch to v1.16.20:
A game crash occurred upon pressing the "Invite to Game" option in the pause menu. In case it's relevant, the crash occurred on a realm.
When using the in-game text chat, a game crash occurs when done typing. (A friend has told me that their game sometimes just freezes and becomes playable after waiting for about a minute or less)
Pressing the home button and trying to close or open Minecraft again has frequently caused the Nintendo Switch to crash, requiring a hard console reset.
Although numerous other crashes/freezes have been occurring on Minecraft after the release of the v1.16.20 update, I have not been able to find the exact causes/replicate the error. I shall add to this report as I continue to encounter game crashes.
