Assuming I'm understanding this issue correctly then I'm also getting it on LG G3 Android 5.0
It doesn't seem to happen every time - except with torches. Selecting water buckets are particularly annoying as they immediately throw water!
Not sure if this is a duplicate of 9603 or the other way around..
This issue was reported previously as MCPE-9545. Comment your experience there!
I'm not sure if it is a bug or not. But I'm having this "issue" on my Lenovo A5500-HV.
